Hotel rate loading with Lanes & Planes

You have your own contract hotel and would also like to book these rates via Lanes & Planes?

With rate loading at Lanes & Planes you have the possibility to do so.

In this article we would like to show you the possibilities of rate loading.

The rate loading takes place between your hotel and our partner eHotel.

eHotel does not charge for registration and booking of corporate rates via our platform.

The technical requirements (GDS, Channel Manager) for the online distribution of accommodation rates and rate loading must be ensured by the hotel.
For rate loading it is necessary that 2 documents are completed:

1. The document "Agreement to set negotiated rates".

This must be completed by you and returned to your Lanes & Planes contact person.

2. The rate loading file

This must be completed by the hotel and then returned to us.

If the hotel does not have the technical setup for rate loading, eHotel also offers alternatives.

1. the hotel can maintain the availabilities manually, for which eHotel would provide the hotel with online access.
2. the hotel remains 'on request', i.e. must be requested. Each time a booking is made it is not completed at first, it is sent to the hotel and after the hotel's response the Ehotel staff in the service centre confirms the booking.
