Corporate Hotel Agreement

You have a contract hotel and would like to book these rates via Lanes & Planes as well?
With rate loading through Lanes & Planes, this is possible.

Before the Rate Upload

To enable rate loading, two documents must be completed:

1. The document "Template_agreement_ehotel_english". This needs to be completed by you and sent back to your Lanes & Planes contact person.
2. The "Template_Rateloading_english" spreadsheet. This must be filled out by the contract hotels and then sent back to us.

The rate upload is carried out between your hotel and our partner eHotel. eHotel does not charge any fees for registering and booking corporate rates via our platform.

The hotel is responsible for ensuring the technical requirements (GDS, channel manager) for online distribution of overnight rates and for the rate upload.

If the hotel does not have the technical means for a rate upload, eHotel offers the following alternatives:

1. The hotel can manage availability manually. For this, eHotel will provide the hotel with online access.
2. The hotel remains "on request", meaning each booking request must be individually confirmed. Initially, the booking is non-binding – it is forwarded to the hotel, and upon receiving a reply, eHotel staff at the service center confirm the booking.

Until the rates are fully uploaded, you can continue to place booking requests for corporate rates via the Concierge Service as usual.

After Successful Rate Upload

Once we have received the necessary information and the hotel has activated the rates, you will have full access to your negotiated rates via the system.

These hotels will always appear as the top search results.
