To cancel a bus booking, select the journey in the section „booking and ticket“ and click on „order details“.
You can choose, if you only want to cancel one part of the journey (inbound or outbound) by clicking on „request refund“ next to the route you wish to cancel. By clicking „request refund of the entire trip“ you cancel both, inbound and outbound route.
After clicking on „request refund“ you will be shown the cancellation conditions:
If a cancellation is possible you can submit your refund request and the amount will be added to your account.
