Adding Bonus & Discount Cards to Your Account

You can add your card number in your user account under Bonus & Discount Cards.

Deutsche Bahn

In addition to all common BahnCards (for more information about BahnCard 100, please refer to this article), you can also save your BahnBonus number in your profile.

Until the end of 2026, two options are available:

• DB BahnBonus: 16-digit number, always starting with 7081
• DB BahnBonus (new): 12-digit number

Once Deutsche Bahn has completed its system migration, only one option will likely be available from early 2027 onwards.

If you have a BahnBonus number in addition to a BahnCard, simply add it to your Lanes & Planes profile as well. There is no required order for entering the cards.

Provisional BahnCard

You also have the option to add a provisional BahnCard:

1. Select the appropriate card type.
2. Leave the card number and expiry date fields empty.
3. Click "Add".

Once you receive your full BahnCard, you can update the missing details at any time.
