Manual booking of company rates / allotments (hotel)

If you have corporate rates at a hotel that have not yet been charged, you have the option of requesting them directly via our concierge service. The concierge service would then book your corporate rate directly by e-mail or telephone at the hotel and prepare the cost transfer.

Have you arranged a call-off contingent for a hotel during an event or trade fair?
This can also be booked by our concierge service by stating the booking keyword. The costs will also be reimbursed.
