Two-Factor Authentication (2FA)

Since 21.11.2024, two-factor authentication (2FA) has been implemented when logging in via username & password. This further enhances the security of your data. Further details on the use of 2FA can be found below (these can be forwarded to your employees).

To further increase the security level, we also offer single sign-on (SSO) for logging in to Lanes & Planes. This gives you the option to customize the security level in accordance with your company-specific requirements. Please contact your Customer Success Manager for more information.

This is how 2FA works:

  1. The user authenticates as usual with their e-mail address and password.
  2. The user receives a notification that an email has been sent to the address provided.
  3. The user clicks on the link in the email.
  4. After clicking on the link, the user is logged in.

Important information:

  • This security feature has been activated for all customers and cannot be deactivated.
  • The login link in the email expires after 10 minutes
  • The link only works in the same browser that was used to log in (for example: Login in Chrome - the link also opens in Chrome).
