Crediting of Points and Benefits

As an online travel agency, we work with various third-party providers and are not directly connected to every hotel's system; therefore, we unfortunately cannot 100% guarantee the crediting of loyalty points or other benefits. Due to particularly discounted wholesale rates, some hotels exclude loyalty programs for certain bookings. Please also note that any personal special rates you receive directly from a hotel based on your status cannot be applied through our platform.
 

Tips for Your Bookings and Stay

Check the Rate Selection: For future bookings, look out for notes during rate selection such as "via MERCURE - Accor Hotels". In these cases, the booking usually processes directly through the Accor interface rather than via a third-party provider (such as Booking.com). Hotels are typically more accommodating in these instances and will credit your points.

Ask On-Site: We recommend presenting your loyalty card at reception upon check-in and asking the staff directly to ensure your points are credited.

Note on Viewing the Booking Partner: To check whether a room was booked through a third-party provider or directly, simply view your booking details. The screenshot below illustrates where to find this information within the tool.
