1.) Where can I leave a review?
Go to https://www.capterra.com/p/183676/Lanes-Planes/ and click “Write a Review!”.
2.) Why should I log in with my LinkedIn?
If you choose to log in with your LinkedIn profile, your first name, last name & email address will be automatically filled in to the input fields, saving you the time to fill it out yourself. This step will also make it easier for Capterra to verify you as a real reviewer. Your review will end up showing your LinkedIn photo and first name. IMPORTANT: Your email address and your last name will not be published at any time.
However, you can also choose to anonymize your review in the next step. Then all your contact information will be hidden when published.
3.) Which information is published when I log in with my LinkedIn profile?
If you choose to log in with your LinkedIn profile, your first name, last name & email address will be automatically filled in to the input fields. Your email address and your last name will not be published at any time.

However, you can also choose to anonymize your review in the next step. Then all your contact information will be hidden when published.
4.) How can I anonymise my contact details after I have logged in with LinkedIn?
If you decide to anonymise your review after logging into LinkedIn, you can do so in the next step (see screenshot). Check the box "Publish user review anonymously?" and your contact details will all be anonymised.
An anonymised LinkedIn publication looks like this:
5.) Do I have to give my real contact details?
Yes, Capterra takes every user review very seriously and aims to verify the quality and authenticity of all reviews.
All reviews are manually examined by a team of experts at Capterra in an effort to ensure published reviews are from verified sources and provide helpful content. All reviews are treated equally during the verification process, regardless of rating or vendor. During this process, the team verifies the reviewer’s identity, checks for conflicts of interest, and evaluates the review against Capterra site guidelines. For a more in-depth overview, please see Capterra's Quality Assurance guidelines.
6.) Do I need a LinkedIn profile to leave a review?
No, you can also leave a review without a LinkedIn profile.
If you choose to enter your information manually, you still need to enter your correct contact information, so Capterra can get back to you during their review process, if they have questions or doubts about the authenticity of your review. Your review will only show your first name, general job and industry information. Your last name, email and the name of your company will stay anonymous.
This is what a review looks like that was left manually (without a LinkedIn profile):
7.) What could be the reason for my user review being rejected or removed?
The most common reason for a not published review on Capterra, is that Capterra could not verify the identity of the user. So be sure to provide enough information or log in with your LinkedIn profile. If Capterra determines that a user review violates their guidelines for publication, it may not be published.
