Depending on your user role, Lanes & Planes allows you to make a booking for several users at the same time.
In this case, the first traveler you select takes over the role of the main traveler.
- Please include the following information when deciding on a main traveler: Data such as cost center/cost unit/reference number/invoice profile will be assigned to the main traveler accordingly
- Manager approval is sent to the manager of the main traveler
- Allowance is sent to the manager of the main traveler
- Some providers like Deutsche Bahn, show only the name of the main traveler on the ticket
