Selection of the first traveler in a booking for multiple travelers

Depending on your user role, Lanes & Planes allows you to make a booking for several users at the same time.

In this case, the first traveler you select takes over the role of the main traveler.

Please include the following information when deciding on a main traveler:

- Data such as cost center/cost unit/reference number/ invoice profile will be assigned to the main traveler accordingly

- Manager approval is sent to the manager of the main traveler

-  is sent to the manager of the main traveler

- Some providers like Deutsche Bahn, show only the name of the main traveler on the ticket
