How can I get help if the hotel doesn't appear in hotel search?

If a hotel does not appear in the search, this may be for the following reasons:

• Rooms are sold out
• Especially small hotels don't accept assumption of costs 
• Hotel is not connected to booking platforms such as booking.com or HRS

For sure you can request a room via Lanes & Planes:

• If you have not found the desired hotel directly in the hotel search, you can click on “Request now” there. A questionnaire will open asking for your booking details. Start the questionnaire with “Start/Enter”. Our support team will receive your request and will contact the hotel to organize the accommodation for you.

• The second option is to request the hotel via our concierge service. To do this, click on “Concierge Service” on the Lanes & Planes homepage and then on “Special Hotels & Accommodation”. This will open the questionnaire for filling in the booking details. Once you have completed this questionnaire, the support team can contact the hotel for you and request the overnight stay.
