Indication of the third gender in the user data

In addition to the options "Male" and "Female", Lanes & Planes also offers the third gender "Diverse" for selection.

This can be specified by the employee either during initial registration or later in the user account under personal settings.

Please note that if "Diverse" is selected, it is mandatory to specify an alternative gender. Without this selection, the change cannot be saved in the system.

This is a technically required information, as not all providers (airlines, railroad companies, car rental companies, hotel partners, etc.) accept or can process the third gender.

Only when all our partners enable this selection and can process it in their systems can we also forward the gender information correctly.

You should also be aware that, depending on the political situation or the technical status of the country, the third gender may not always be accepted.
