What is a general agreement for rental cars?
If your company has negotiated its own conditions with a rental provider, you can book those rates through Lanes & Planes as well. To make this work, we add your corporate code (also called CD number) for that provider.

What we need from you
- Your CD number for each rental provider you have an agreement with.
- Activation of the CD number for the Full Credit Voucher by the rental provider.
⚠️ Important: The activation for the Full Credit Voucher is done by the rental provider, not by Lanes & Planes. Please let your provider know.
How to add your agreement
- Ask your rental provider for your CD number if you don't already have it.
- Ask your rental provider to activate the CD number for issuing the Full Credit Voucher.
- Send the CD number to your point of contact at Lanes & Planes.
- We add the CD number. As soon as the rates are activated, you have full access to your negotiated rates in the system.
Your own agreement or Lanes & Planes rates?
For every provider, either the rates from your own agreement are applied or the Lanes & Planes rates are used. You can recognise the Lanes & Planes rates by the Lanes & Planes logo.

Delivery and collection with your own agreement
With your own agreement, your rental provider can bring the vehicle to an address of your choice, such as your company site, and collect it there again. You add these delivery addresses yourself in your Company Account.
⚠️ Important: Delivery and collection is only available with your own agreement, not with the Lanes & Planes rates.

What is a CD number? The corporate code (CD number) identifies your agreement with the rental provider. You get it from your provider.
We don't have an agreement of our own. Can we still book rental cars? Yes. Without your own agreement you book at the Lanes & Planes rates. The included services are listed in the provider articles under Your own agreement or Lanes & Planes rates?.
When can I book my negotiated rates? As soon as we have added your CD number and the rates are activated. This requires your provider to have activated the CD number for the Full Credit Voucher.
How can I tell which rate is applied? Lanes & Planes rates are marked with the Lanes & Planes logo in the search.
Can I use delivery and collection with the Lanes & Planes rates? No. This requires your own agreement with the provider in question. See Delivery and collection with your own agreement.
