Creating Reports and Analytics Using the Accounting Overview

Downloads of CSV files

In the company account, under the "Accounting" section -> "Overview", you will find the "Downloads" section. Here, we provide you with the convenient option to download CSV files for a selected time period. This file contains all filtering options, regardless of whether the filter is applied or not. This gives you the freedom to create your own reports and gain insights into your data.



The downloaded CSV file offers you the ability to create reports tailored specifically to your needs. Thanks to the information from all filters, you can conduct analyses and, for example, find out how many trips or expenses are booked to a specific cost center, how often travel occurs in certain countries, and more. To do this, simply apply your desired filters in the downloaded CSV file.


Example using Excel for ticket category reporting:

ZIP Downloads for Receipts:

In addition to the CSV downloads, we also provide you with the option to download all receipts in a ZIP file. This ZIP file contains the relevant receipts based on your previous filter settings. This allows for easy archiving and access to receipts for future audits or analyses.
