How does the automatic employee upload work?
Please send us the completed list attached to this article. Also please note the important information about user uploads.
We will then carry out the automatic upload for you at an agreed time.
Are employees invited immediately?
No, invitations to register are not sent automatically. You are welcome to initiate this yourself at a time of your choosing in the company account area in user management. You will also find instructions for this under the link.
Each invited employee will receive an invitation link from Lanes & Planes, which they can use to register in our system. Please inform employees that they must fill out their profiles themselves.
Can invited employees book immediately?
Bookings for and by invited employees are only possible once the profile has been completed and a password has been assigned.
