What can you find here?
Under Company account > Contract & Billing > Company you can see the name of your company and maintain your two central contacts: one for general questions and one for accounting.
Lanes & Planes reaches out to these two contacts directly for anything concerning your company.
The page is only visible to users with the admin role.
Maintaining your contacts
For each contact you can add a name, a position and an email address.
- Click "Edit".
- Update the details.
- Click "Save". Use "Cancel" to discard your changes.
Good to know: These contacts apply to your entire company. Contacts for an individual invoice profile are maintained on that invoice profile.
Company name
The name of your company is shown, but it cannot be changed here. If it needs to change, please contact your Lanes & Planes representative.

Why can't I change the company name myself?
The name is tied to your contract. Your Lanes & Planes representative makes the change for you.
Where do I maintain the billing address, billing name and VAT ID?
These details belong to the respective invoice profile.
Do my contacts automatically become users in Lanes & Planes?
No, these are contact details only. You manage users under Company account > Users.
