At Lanes & Planes you have various options of payment methods. Please note that Lanes & Planes fully pre-finances all booked business trips. Accordingly, depending on the payment option chosen, you will incur fees related to the associated non-payment risk or accounting effort.
Payment by SEPA corporate direct debit
This is our standard payment option. After a one-time company direct debit mandate, you authorise us to collect payment from your bank.
Payment by SEPA core direct debit
After issuing a one-time direct debit mandate, you authorise us to collect payment from your bank. Due to the increased risk that you may withdraw payment several weeks after the collection date, we charge a risk surcharge on the volume of travel you have booked. During the trial period, Lanes & Planes will cover these costs.
Payment by bank transfer
If none of the above payment options are suitable for you, we will send you a weekly collective invoice for all invoiced services. With this payment option, you will be charged both a risk surcharge and an administration fee.
