It happens that an airline supports several loyalty programs. However, at the time of booking, the airline requires that only exactly one card number is submitted. It is not possible to submit multiple loyalty cards at the same time.
Therefore, if there are several loyalty programs to choose from for one of your bookings and you have several card numbers stored in your user account, the airline will select the first card that it recognizes as eligible in the list of card numbers submitted by us during the booking process.
Important when entering your card number
For certain frequent flyer programs, the airline code is automatically transmitted to the booking system once you select the program.
Therefore, in the "Card Number" field, please enter only the digits of your frequent flyer number and omit the airline code prefix.
Examples:
Miles & Smiles – Turkish Airlines: 12345675 instead of TK12345675
Skywards – Emirates: 75... instead of EK75...
Following this format ensures that your frequent flyer number is properly transmitted to the booking system for new bookings. Entering the correct syntax directly determines whether your stored frequent flyer number can be successfully transferred into your booking.
