In addition to the company-wide settings, it is also possible to define personal travel policies and user settings for individual users.
Administrators can do this by clicking on the User management tab in the company account. In the next step, the respective user should be selected by clicking on Edit on the right-hand side of the user name.
In the following step, you can adjust certain details for the user from the administrator's point of view. If you now scroll further down the page, a Travel settings and User settings tab will appear. There you should now click on the small text Edit -> to access the individual policies & settings for users.
Administrators can now adjust details such as booking rights, booking settings, general settings, cost center, invoice profiles, travel manager etc. individually for the respective user by clicking on the Edit button.
Important - please note: if changes are made company-wide and this is applied to all existing users, the individual user rights will be overwritten by the company-wide settings. Further information can be found here.
