Why has my seat changed?

Seats can be booked directly at the flight booking via the system or after the booking via our support team.

However, these can change up to the departure, even if they were booked for a fee.

This can have the following reasons:

- The aircraft was changed

- The Business Class has been increased on flights within Germany or Europe 

- The seats in the front rows will be sold at a higher price
