As a general rule, rental car bookings cannot be modified once confirmed; they must be canceled and rebooked instead. Please note that once a cancellation has been processed, it cannot be undone.
If the vehicle has already been picked up, any adjustments—such as extending the rental period—can only be made directly with the rental location or provider. Lanes & Planes cannot make any changes to existing reservations after the car has been collected.
If you need the rental car for a longer period, please contact the rental provider or one of their local branches directly. You will find their contact details in your booking documents or on your rental agreement.
