Through our system you have access to different hotel rates, including rates from bed banks based abroad. If you book such a rate, the VAT can not be shown on the invoice, so you will not be able to deduct VAT.

We offer these prepaid rates via Lanes & Planes, since they are often cheaper than the standard rates, even without VAT deduction.

In the result page, these rates are marked with an i, as shown in the example below:

You can deactivate the booking of prepaid hotel rates for your organization. Please let your contact in Implementation oder Account Management know about it.

After the prepaid rates are disabled for your company, users will see the prepaid rates as deactivated:
