What can you find here?
Under Company account > Accounting > Fee Invoices you can see all Lanes & Planes fee invoices and refund claims in one place. You no longer need to search your email inbox.
Who has access?
- Admin: sees all documents of the company
- Accountant: sees all documents, or only the invoice profiles they are responsible for
Downloading documents
Open the downloads menu in the row. Which files are available depends on the document:
- Fee invoice: Invoice PDF, Details PDF, Details CSV
- Refund claim: Invoice PDF, Successful Claims PDF, Successful Claims CSV
- Reversal: Reversal PDF
Frequently asked questions
Why are older invoices missing?
Only documents issued in 2026 or later that have already been sent are shown.
Can I also find the invoices for my travel bookings here?
No. This page only shows Lanes & Planes fee invoices and refund claims.
