Why doesn't work my activation link?

To get access to the Lanes & Planes system every user needs an activation link. This link will be send to the users when your company starts to work with Lanes & Planes.

To register in the Lanes & Planes system, each user needs a registration link. This link will be sent to the respective user of the company when they start working with Lanes & Planes. This link is valid for 2 weeks. If the invitation or registration link has expired, please contact your internal contact person or administrator for the Lanes & Planes system. This person can send you another invitation or registration link. Further information can also be found here.

Also it could be that you have been already registered. Therefore please reset your password on the Lanes & Planes starting page. You will receive an e-mail, afterwards you can define a new password and continue to log in.
