Overview: Pending Invoices

Not all invoices of a trip can be created directly after the booking. Usually hotel, rental car or Airbnb invoices are created with or after the start of the trip. In order that the accounting department can always keep track of which bookings have not yet been created or invoiced, all outstanding invoices can always be displayed in the accounting view.

To view the outstanding invoices, click on "Pending invoices (for unbilled bookings)" in the accounting view: 

Now a new window opens with an overview of all outstanding invoices. You can also download the corresponding CSV file. Please note that the price displayed here may still change - e.g. for hotel bills abroad, where the daily currency conversion is taken into account or if for example services are added later.
